Here at GMCC we have low overhead, the owner, Glenn Murrell does all superintendent duties such as: scheduling, supervision, accounting, ect. and is personally on the job site everyday making sure that everything is being completed properly to everyones satisfaction. We also have a expert draftsman that can draw the project of your dreams at no cost to you our client. The less overhead Glenn has the more savings he can pass on to the consumer. In addition, doing it right the first time saves time and money that is also passed on to the customer. Organization ,tight scheduling , and expert supervision allows Glenn to offer lower pricies than other contractors.

When estimating the price of a project we take into account all of the options you would like. Our estimates are 100% complete and detailed to ensure accuracy. Allowances can be given for options or upgrades you haven't quite decided on yet. Soon we will have a final price for your review.

    PRICING
