Here at MG Homes we have low overhead which is passed on to our clients. The owner, Glenn Murrell does all superintendent duties, scheduling, accounting and is personally on the job site everyday making sure that everything is being completed properly and to everyones satisfaction. We also have an expert draftsman that can draw the house of your dreams at no cost to our clients. The less overhead Glenn has the more he can pass on to the consumer. Furthermore, if a change is requested pryor to application and there is no cost to MG Homes, we do not charge the homeowner anything unlike other builders. Remember, we do it right the first time which saves money to be passed on to you.

When estimating the price your new home we take into account all the options you desire in your home to give you a complete and accurate price. Allowances are given for options or upgrades you haven't quite decided on yet, giving you additional time for tough choices and slections. Remember, you can choose anything you desire for your new home. When pricing the home we receive quotes from all of the trades and suppliers to ensure we are exact with our pricing. There is no limit to what we can do, just let us know what you desire and we will price it for you.
