Complete with matching stone this addition also has cathedral ceilings throughout.

This home was built by MG Homes and the addition was built by GMCC. This is a repeat customer, we must be doing something right.

Matching stone, siding, and shingles make this addition seem like it was there from the start.

Check out the river stone surrounding the gas fireplace. Cathedral ceilings and lots of windows make this addition very open and bright.

Curved archways with columns make a classy entranceway to this addition.

This is the view into the new addition from the formal living room of the existing home.

Here is an sunroom with a redwood deck and trellis on the roof.

Casement or 'crank out' windows are popular in our sunrooms. You can choose any style or brand window you desire.

A redwood trellis on the redwood deck  helps block the sun.

Here is a garage that was constructed to match the house in every detail, including the brick, shingles, garage doors, entry door, windows, overhangs, gutters, and siding.

This garage was constructed with attic trusses to support a room above, complete with dormers.

Occasionally we have to move the electric service to accommodate a garage or addition, no problem. We had to move this electric meter.

Entrance doors are essential so you don't have to open your overhead doors every time you go in or out. We also suggest at least one window for ventilation. This garage has matching brick, shingles, siding, overhangs, gutters, with oversize garage doors.

Here is an oversize garage with a mud room in between the house and garage. We can accomodate anything you desire.

This is a one and a half car garage with plenty of storage. Angled corners on the garage door adds a different look.

On our screen porches we use  maintenance free vinyl doors and screen boards that will last a lifetime.

Complete with gutters and overhangs to match the house, we do it right the first time.

Here is a screened porch with a semi flat roof, we do whatever the owner desires.

On some of our screened porches we install ballasters, especially owners that have small children.

Carpet and wood siding complete the inside of this porch.

A window was replaced with a new sliding glass door to enter this porch from the dining room.

This is a nice pool table room with recessed lighting. The room was sized for a 7' pool table to leave ample room for shooting pool with 'normal size pool sticks.

Here is the other half of this finished basement above, a cozy TV room with an open view from the pool room to view the TV.

Here is a beautiful, large, angled bar in this finished basement. Note the checker board ceramic tile floor.

Want a fish tank in your bar, no problem, we will fill it with water and you provide the fish.

In our finished basements we at GMCC like to use 'drop' ceilings that makes it easy to add outlets, cable, and phone jacks at a later time.

Here is another example of an angled bar with a granite top.

This finished basement is in a split foyer style home, see the ledge in the center of the far wall.

Tile flooring from the bar area changes over to carpet in the cozy TV area.

Diagonal deckboards add style to all decks.

We use only 2x10 joists and 6x6 posts for strength.

Herring bone deck patterns look fantastic, not to mention this adds strength to the deck and prevents lateral movement.

This customer requested a small octagon to keep the children away from the hot grill while grilling.

A view from the roof shows the diagonal deck boards, bench, and octagon.
